Your kids can get candy and treats from each department in the Dillard's of Anderson store. Make sure to visit the Children's Department where you can get a photo taken in your spooky and fun costumes and have the opportunity to win a prize!
Prizes will be given to the TOP three costumes! Winners will be announced on Monday, October 30th on UpcountryLifestyle.com and photos of participants will be displayed on our website for your viewing pleasure!
